Wild Knight® English Vodka - Passion Fruit Martini
This is just a really simple recipe for a really simple drink but when passion fruit is one of the ingredients, you always have a really effective cocktail with a great taste and enticing garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Fresh Passion Fruit
- 45ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions
- Cut two passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh of one and a half into a shaker.
- Add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with the last passion fruit half.
