Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Million Dollar
Smooth with a fluffy white head, this tropical-styled drink was first created in Japan at the turn of the 20th century.
Ingredients
60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Pineapple Juice
7.5ml Grenadine
Egg White
Method
Shake all ingredients first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with pineapple fronds.
