How we make our spirits

The journey to create the finest spirits continues with fermentation. Our vodka is made from just three ingredients; milled spring barley, water and yeast. This combination works its magic together to convert the sugars into alcohol, which the distillation will later extract and condense to make vodka.

This short clip is the top of the fermentation tank 24 hours after the yeast is pitched. If you listen carefully you can hear the fizz of bubbles rising to the top of the liquid. This is the sound of alcohol being created.
