Summer Cocktails - Party Sized!

Although summer doesn't officially start until June 21st, we thought that we would get in early and suggest some summer serves that you can prepare as a batch to serve guests. Less time mixing and more time socialising.

So here we go with 6 delicious party size cocktail serves. Make a batch and enjoy!

Wild Knight® English Vodka - Kombucha Spritz
Serves 6 - 8
A simple batched summer cocktail turned into an interesting showstopper thanks to the unusual kombucha flavour.

Ingredients

• 360ml Wild Knight® Vodka
• 60ml Lemon Juice
• 60ml Sugar Syrup
• Kombucha

Method
Combine the first three ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour into coupe glasses, top each with 30ml Kombucha and garnish with Mint.

Boadicea® Gin - Classic - French 75
Serves 6 - 8
This classic gin cocktail is easy to batch up in advance to please party guests. This is a party sized serve.

Ingredients

• 240ml Boadicea® Classic Gin
• 120ml Lemon Juice
• 120ml Sugar Syrup
• Prosecco

Method
Combine the first four ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over ice, top each with 60ml Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

Boadicea® Azalea
Serves 6 - 8
A simple tropical long drink packed with great flavours. This is a party sized serve.

Ingredients

• 360ml Boadicea® Gin Rosa
• 270ml Pineapple Juice
• 90ml Lemon Juice
• 90ml Grenadine

Method
Combine all ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over ice in a highball glass and garnish with mint.

Wild Knight® English Vodka - Easy 8 Hold Up
Serves 6 - 8
Lots of fruity notes combine in this delicious cocktail flavour-bomb. This is a party sized serve.

Ingredients

• 270ml Wild Knight® Vodka
• 120ml Pineapple Juice
• 90ml Aperol
• 90ml Lime Juice
• 90ml Sugar Syrup
• 30ml Passion Fruit Syrup

Method
Combine all ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.

Boadicea® Gin - Sparkling Negroni
Serves 6 - 8
The classic apéritif given a crowd-pleasing upgrade with a big splash of fizz.

Ingredients

• 120ml Boadicea® Classic Gin
• 120ml Campari
• 120ml Sweet Vermouth
• 45ml Water
• Prosecco

Method
Combine the first four ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over ice, top each with 60ml Prosecco and garnish with orange slices.

Wild Knight® English Vodka - Strawberry Lemonade
Serves 6 - 8
A fun, sherbety drink that’s perfect for sunny weather. This is a party sized serve.

Ingredients

• 6 Strawberries, sliced
• 270ml Wild Knight® vodka
• 135ml Lemon Juice
• 135ml Sugar Syrup
• Sparkling water

Method
Combine the first four ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over ice, top each with 60ml Sparkling Water and garnish with mint. Garnish with lemon peel.
