This classic gin cocktail is easy to batch up in advance to please party guests. This is a party sized serve.
Ingredients
240ml Boadicea Classic Gin
120ml Lemon Juice
120ml Sugar Syrup
Prosecco
Method
Combine the first four ingredients in a container and stir.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Pour over ice, top each with 60ml Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
