A simple batched summer cocktail turned into an interesting showstopper thanks to the unusual kombucha flavour. This is a party sized serve.
Ingredients
360ml Wild Knight® Vodka
60ml Lemon Juice
60ml Sugar Syrup
Kombucha
Method
Combine the first three ingredients in a container and stir.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Pour into coupe glasses, top each with 30ml Kombucha and garnish with Mint.
