The classic apéritif given a crowd-pleasing upgrade with a big splash of fizz. This is a party sized serve.
Ingredients
120ml Boadicea® Classic Gin
120ml Campari
120ml Sweet Vermouth
45ml Water
Prosecco
Method
Combine the first four ingredients in a container and stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Pour over ice, top each with 60ml of Prosecco and garnish with orange slices.
