To mark the 50th anniversary of Concorde crossing the Atlantic, here’s a suitably named drink adapted from a 2011 original created in Berlin.

Ingredients
- 60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 15ml Apple Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Orgeat Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
- Express Lemon Peel over the drink and discard.
- Garnish with an apple slice.
