In honour of Jarrold of Norwich celebrating 200 years of business on September 16th 2023, here’s a Vodka Gimlet riff that also spans two centuries. Taking the original Gimlet, which dates as far back as the 19th Century, and then updating it with an elderflower twist.
Ingredients
60ml Wild Knight® Vodka
30ml Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with lime peel.
