Bitter citrus mixes with floral maraschino in this gently balanced cocktail adapted from Harry Craddock’s The Savoy Cocktail Book, published in 1930.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a mint bouquet pegged to the rim.
