An equal-parts riff on an Alaska cocktail, which takes its name from the Alaska Gold Rush at the end of the 19th Century, reflected here in the cocktail’s golden colour.
Ingredients
20ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
20ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Fino Sherry
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a mint bouquet pegged to the rim.
