Taken from Gary “Gaz” Regan’s groundbreaking The Joy Of Mixology, this drink is based on a Negroni template but with the ratios - and base spirit - changed beyond recognition.
Ingredients
60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
15ml Campari
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Express and garnish with orange peel.
