V-Force Gin - RAF - Black Buck Breeze
A blackberry flavoured sour with extra fruit and foam.
Ingredients
2 Blackberries
60ml V-Force Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Egg White
Soda Water
Method
Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a shaker and add the gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white.
Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a glass, top with the soda and garnish with more blackberries.
