V-Force Gin - RAF - Black Buck Breeze
A blackberry flavoured sour with extra fruit and foam.
Ingredients
- 2 Blackberries
- 60ml V-Force Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Egg White
- Soda Water
Directions
- Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a shaker and add the gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white.
- Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
- Strain into a glass, top with the soda and garnish with more blackberries.
