A cross between a Kir Royale and a Vodka Martini, with the Champagne making for a perfect royal celebration.
Ingredients
45ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
15ml Créme de Cassis
Champagne
Method
Stir the first two ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Champagne and garnish with lemon peel.
