Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Ginger and Lemongrass Martini
Traditional Asian style flavours balanced together with honey and apple in a Martini template.
Ingredients
- 1 slice Root Ginger (thumb-sized)
- 1/2 stem Lemongrass (chopped)
- 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 22.5ml Water
- 7.5ml Dry Vermouth
- 7.5ml Apple Juice
- 2 tsps Honey
Directions
- Muddle the ginger and lemongrass in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and then add the other ingredients.
- Stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Shake with ice and fine-strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a slice of ginger.
