Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Ginger and Lemongrass Martini
Traditional Asian style flavours balanced together with honey and apple in a Martini template.
Ingredients
1 slice Root Ginger (thumb-sized)
1/2 stem Lemongrass (chopped)
60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
22.5ml Water
7.5ml Dry Vermouth
7.5ml Apple Juice
2 tsps Honey
Method
Muddle the ginger and lemongrass in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and then add the other ingredients.
Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Shake with ice and fine-strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a slice of ginger.
