The honey syrup provides an overriding note of sweetness above the fruit and floral flavours to result in an overall delicious drink.
Ingredients
45ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
22.5ml Honey Syrup
7.5ml Pear Brandy
2 dashes Lavender Bitters
Egg White
Method
Shake all ingredients, first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a pressed flower.
