The honey syrup provides an overriding note of sweetness above the fruit and floral flavours to result in an overall delicious drink.
Ingredients
- 45ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5ml Honey Syrup
- 7.5ml Pear Brandy
- 2 dashes Lavender Bitters
- Egg White
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, first without ice and then again with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a pressed flower.
