Ingredients

35ml Nelson’s Gold
50ml cloudy apple juice
15ml fresh lemon juice
75-100ml chilled soda water or English sparkling wine
Ice

Method

Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.
Add Nelson’s Gold, apple juice and lemon juice.
Stir gently, then top with soda water for a lighter serve, or sparkling wine for something more celebratory.
Garnish with a thin apple slice or lemon twist.
