Light, refreshing and simple to serve, it is an irresistible way to enjoy Nelson’s Gold on warm afternoons, at summer gatherings or as an elegant aperitif.
Ingredients
40ml Nelson’s Gold
30ml Peach juice
15ml Lemon juice
75ml Prosecco
Peach slice, to garnish
Method
Add Nelson’s Gold, peach and lemon juice to an ice-filled hi-ball glass.
Stir, top with Prosecco and a splash of soda.
Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
