Ingredients

  • 40ml Nelson’s Gold
  • 30ml Peach Nectar or Purée
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 75ml Prosecco
  • A splash of soda water
  • Peach slice, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add Nelson’s Gold, peach and lemon juice to an ice-filled hi-ball glass.
  2. Stir, top with Prosecco and a splash of soda.
  3. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
