Ingredients
- 40ml Nelson’s Gold
- 30ml Peach Nectar or Purée
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 75ml Prosecco
- A splash of soda water
- Peach slice, to garnish
Directions
- Add Nelson’s Gold, peach and lemon juice to an ice-filled hi-ball glass.
- Stir, top with Prosecco and a splash of soda.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
