This tropical version of a Long Island Iced Tea is a great drink to have in honour of the fantastic extravaganza of the Notting Hill Carnival.
Ingredients
15ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
15ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml White Rum
15ml Tequila Blanco
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Pineapple Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish with pineapple fronds.
