This brilliantly blue refreshing drink is a great match for the colourful Notting Hill Carnival.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
25ml Vanilla Liqueur
Lemonade
25ml Blue Curaçao
Method
Pour the Gin and the Vanilla Liqueur into an ice-filled glass and top up with the Lemonade.
Then drizzle in the Blue Curaçao and garnish with pineapple fronds.
