With autumn raspberries cropping from mid-August, they’re a perfect ingredient to use in a cocktail to toast the end of summer.

Ingredients

10-12 Raspberries
50ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup
Egg White

Method

Muddle the Raspberries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the other ingredients.
Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
Fine-strain into a coupe glass and garnish with edible flowers.
