  • 3 slices Root Ginger (thumbnail size)
  • 3 pea Wasabi Paste
  • 90ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
  • 120ml Tomato Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce


  1. Muddle the ginger in the bottom of the shaker and then add the gin and stir in the wasabi until it dissolves.
  2. Add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
  4. Garnish with lemongrass.
