Recipe

  • 50ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
  • 25ml Lanique Rose Petal Liqueur
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsps Honey

Method

  1. Stir the honey into the gin until it dissolves.
  2. Add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel.
