To mark the 90th anniversary of the first photo of the Loch Ness Monster, here’s a riff on a ‘Nessie’ cocktail, swapping in Gin for Scotch.
Ingredients
50ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
25ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Peated Scotch Whisky
10ml Hazelnut Liqueur
5ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with Orange peel looped up to resemble Nessie.
