Boadicea® Gin - Nessie’s 90th
To mark the 90th anniversary of the first photo of the Loch Ness Monster, here’s a riff on a ‘Nessie’ cocktail, swapping in Gin for Scotch.

Ingredients
- 50ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Peated Scotch Whisky
- 10ml Hazelnut Liqueur
- 5ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions
- Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with Orange peel looped up to resemble Nessie.
