To celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day, here’s a riff on the classic Hanky Panky that mixes the fruitiness of wine with berries and orange, and it’s all underpinned by the Gin and the herbal Fernet.
Ingredients
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
25ml Beaujolais Red Wine
25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
25ml Blood Orange Juice
10ml Fernet Branca
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with orange peel.
