Boadicea® Gin - Hanky Panky Rouge
To celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day, here’s a riff on the classic Hanky Panky that mixes the fruitiness of wine with berries and orange, and it’s all underpinned by the Gin and the herbal Fernet.

Ingredients
- 30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 25ml Beaujolais Red Wine
- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 25ml Blood Orange Juice
- 10ml Fernet Branca
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with orange peel.
