Ingredients

  • 5 Raspberries
  • 40ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Egg White

Method

  1. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe and garnish with more raspberries.
