Boadicea® Gin - Classic 'Eros (Just For One Day)'
Our mixologist (a great fan of Bowie) created this delicious cocktail, with a humorous name. A pretty in pink Valentine's drink with great flavours.
Ingredients
- 5 Raspberries
- 40ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Orgeat Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Egg White
Directions
- Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
- Strain into a coupe and garnish with more raspberries.
