For May Day, this fresh and refreshing drink is perfect for celebrating the sunny weather.
Ingredients
3 slices Cucumber
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Middle the cucumber slices in the bottom of the shaker and then add the next four ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a highball glass over more ice and top up with the Soda Water.
Garnish with more cucumber and a sprig of mint.
