Ingredients
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water
Directions
- Middle the cucumber slices in the bottom of the shaker and then add the next four ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass over more ice and top up with the Soda Water.
- Garnish with more cucumber and a sprig of mint.
