Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Dot
Based on the original Dot recipe from 1937’s The Café Royal Cocktail Book, this variation swaps out curaçao for overproof rum.
Ingredients
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Fino Sherry
15ml Apricot Brandy
10ml Overproof Rum
7.5ml Water
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
No garnish.
