To mark the Wright brothers' first powered flight, 120 years ago on 17th December 1903, here’s a Ginger variation of a classic Aviation named after one of the greatest pilots in all of fiction.

Ingredients
- 45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 15ml King’s Ginger Liqueur
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 dash of Giffard Crème de Violette
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh Ginger and a Lime wheel.
