To mark the Wright brothers' first powered flight, 120 years ago on 17th December 1903, here’s a Ginger variation of a classic Aviation named after one of the greatest pilots in all of fiction.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml King’s Ginger Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 dash of Giffard Crème de Violette
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh Ginger and a Lime wheel.
