Recipe
  • 50ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
  • 12.5ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • 2 drops Angostura Orange Bitters
Method
  1. Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Express lemon peel over the top and discard.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
