An exquisite classic vodka and tonic. Deliciously created and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing
Serve with appetisers. Tuddenham Mill serve with Norfolk Coppa ham, charred melon, yoghurt, seeds, celery.


  • 25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka, chilled
  • 100 ml 1724 tonic, chilled
  • Mint


  1. Add the vodka and tonic to the glass and stir.
  2. Tear the mint, add to the glass and stir.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
