Cocktails to Celebrate Spring

As the spring weather (hopefully) warms up again, there's nothing like a delicious cocktail to enjoy on a warm sunny day. Gathering with friends and family for an outdoor barbecue is the perfect time to mix up some refreshing drinks.

Here are a few cocktail recipes that you can easily make in a pitcher and are perfect for outdoor gatherings. Time to get mixing and shaking!

Wild Knight® English Vodka - Moscow Mule
Serves 8 - 10
Our timeless classic, perfect for sharing!

Ingredients

• 450ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
• 600ml Ginger Beer
• 150ml Lime Juice
• 2 Limes, chopped into wedges

Method
Add all ingredients to a jug with ice and stir. Serve in short tumblers with a sprig of mint and lime.

Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Hydration Hero
Serves 8 - 10
This low-ABV drink is full of fun, tropical flavour!

Ingredients

• 80ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
• 400ml Coconut Water
• 400ml Pineapple Juice
• 200ml Tonic Water
• Cucumber slices

Method
Add all ingredients to a jug with ice and stir. Serve in short tumblers with a sprig of mint.

Boadicea® Gin - Spiced - Gin Madras
Serves 8 - 10
An extra fruity punch that mixes fruit flavours with the spice from Boadicea® Gin - Spiced for a more complex taste.

Ingredients

• 300ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
• 600ml Cranberry Juice
• 200ml Orange Juice
• 2 Limes, chopped into wedges

Ingredients

• 200ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
• 500ml Grapefruit Juice
• 250ml Cranberry Juice
• 2 Limes, chopped into wedges

Method
Add all ingredients to a jug with ice and stir, ready to serve in tall glasses.

Boadicea® Gin - Rosa - Pink Gin Pitcher
Serves 8 - 10
A delicious pitcher that's perfect for sharing!

Ingredients

• 480ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
• 200ml Rose Petal Liqueur
• 240ml Grapefruit Juice
• 160ml Sugar Syrup
• Tonic Water

Method
Add the first four ingredients to a jug with ice and stir.
Serve in short tumblers and top up with the Tonic Water.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of thyme.

Nelson's Gold® - Tied in Knots
Serves 1
A sweet topical drink with shades of a Mai Tai.

Ingredients

• 30ml Nelson’s Gold Caramelised Vodka
• 30ml Coconut Rum
• 30ml Pineapple Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 5ml Orgeat Syrup

Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over more ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Wild Knight® Espresso Martini - South Of The Border
Serves 1
An unusual, exotic mix of Wild Knight® Espresso Martini plus tequila and lime.

Ingredients

• 50ml Reposado Tequila
• 25ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 5ml Sugar Syrup
• Egg White

Method
Shake all ingredients first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
