Ingredients
80ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
400ml Coconut Water
400ml Pineapple Juice
200ml Tonic Water
Cucumber slices
Method
Add all ingredients to a jug with ice and stir.
Serve in short tumblers with a sprig of mint.
