Matt's Notes:
"When developing our Nelson’s Gold caramel vodka, achieving the perfect balance of sweetness was essential.
As a liqueur, it needs a certain level of sweetness, but I didn’t want it to be cloying. Customer feedback confirmed we got it just right.
Once customers discover Nelson’s Gold, they keep coming back. It appeals to a wide range of palates, and we never tire of hearing that ‘Wow’ when people taste it for the first time.
Caramel-making is key, and we perfected our process to achieve the exact results I wanted - ensuring consistency in every batch.
I also love the look of our bottle - it looks fantastic in the new 70cl version. A true stand-out!"
Crème brûlée in a glass
Why? Because it’s the perfect description.
Deep caramel and vanilla notes, wrapped in a lusciously smooth, decadent sip.
Our Secret
We craft our caramel from just two ingredients - sugar and water - using our own unique process.
Once cooled, our caramel is blended into our secret recipe, then bottled - ready to be chilled and savoured.

Reviews from Master of Malt:
Delightful.
Absolutely spot balance of flavour, over ice in mid-summer or neat in winter.
Pure indulgence.
Just sumptuous, by far the best caremelised vodka i've ever tried. The only downside is its far too easy to drink.
Delicious & not too sweet. Plus perfect over vanilla ice-cream!
Tried this over vanilla ice-cream (perhaps a little sacrilegious) but it was just perfect! Neat or over ice-cream, it has my vote.
