Created at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, this cocktail sees passion fruit and grapefruit combine for a tart but flavoursome drink strengthened by the gin.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
40ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
25ml Passoa Passion fruit Liqueur
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
