Adapted from a recipe first published in 1946, this fresh, cleansing after-dinner drink mellows as it is diluted from the melting crushed ice.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
10ml Absinthe
5ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.
