Wild Knight® - Harvey Wallbanger
One of the most famous cocktails from the 70s, this drink fell out of popularity partly thanks to the inclination to make it with packaged orange juice, when it should really be freshly squeezed.

Ingredients
- 45ml Wild Knight® Vodka
- 70ml Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 15ml Vanilla Liqueur
Directions
- Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with more ice.
- Float the vanilla liqueur on top and garnish with an orange slice.
