Wild Knight® - Flame Of Love Martini
A dry martini riff created at legendary Hollywood restaurant Chasen’s by Pepe Ruiz. The story goes that Ruiz made it originally for Dean Martin, who then brought Frank Sinatra back to Chasen’s to try the drink. Sinatra apparently liked it so much he bought one for everyone in the place!

Ingredients
- 75ml Wild Knight® Vodka
- 5ml Fino Sherry
- 3 swathes of Orange Peel
Directions
- Coat the inside of a coupe glass with the Fino Sherry and discard the rest.
- Then flame the orange peels (squeeze them over a flame from a match or lighter to ignite the oils) over the glass.
- Shake the vodka with ice and strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
