Wild Knight® Espresso Martini - Espresso Saz
Inspired by the Sazerac but with a totally different flavour profile.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Fernet Branca liqueur
- 20 Raisins
- 60 ml Cognac
- 7.5 ml Sugar Syrup
- 5 ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
Directions
- Pour the Fernet Branca into an ice-filled glass.
- Meanwhile, muddle the raisins in the shaker, add the other ingredients and then shake with ice.
- Discard the Fernet and ice from the glass and then strain the shaker into the glass.
