To celebrate Wild Knight Espresso Martini Liqueur’s birthday, this smokey and sweet Espresso Martini is full of flavour and personality!

Ingredients

45ml Tequila Blanco
30ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
30ml Hot Espresso
15ml Mezcal
15ml Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with edible glitter.

The Crema (not dairy)

Using hot espresso is essential to create the crema foam on top of the Martini. Shake all the ingredients with ice very vigorously for longer than you would for other cocktails and you will be rewarded with a delightful crema.
