It looks like a creamy dessert cocktail, but the high-proof rum makes it a more serious tipple.
Ingredients
45ml Navy-Strength Rum
30ml Wild Knight Espresso Martini
30ml Single Cream
Egg White
Method
Shake all ingredients, first with out ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans.
