Wild Knight® English Vodka - Blue Eyed Martini
A blended Martini given a dash of colour for fun, but also the Curaçao gives the drink extra strength and dryness.
Ingredients
45ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
15ml Boadicea Gin - Classic
12.5ml Dry Vermouth
2.5ml Blue Curaçao
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
