A strawberry spin on a classic, which works beautifully with the ginger beer.
Ingredients
40ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Strawberry Syrup
Ginger Beer
Method
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a mule cup filled with ice.
Top up with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
