Wild Knight® Distillery - Wild Knight Miami Martini
A light, refreshing and surprisingly well-balanced Martini first created at The Lonsdale in London.
Ingredients
1 wedge Watermelon
60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
20ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Campari
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with another watermelon wedge.
