A sweet, flavoursome riff on the classic, with the rum adding an extra alcohol kick, which is then tempered by the mint and ice.
6 Mint Leaves
60ml Nelson’s Gold® Caramelised Vodka
30ml Jamaican Rum
7.5ml Ginger Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Muddle the mint leaves in the ginger syrup and then add the other ingredients and fill the glass with cracked ice.
Churn the mixture, top up with more ice, stir again and garnish with a mint sprig.
