Wild Knight® English Vodka - Lemonhead
A lemon-flavoured Martini created by Simon Difford and given extra fragrance from the lemongrass.
Ingredients
2 inch Lemongrass Stem, chopped
67.5ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
7.5ml Dry Vermouth
Method
Muddle the lemongrass, then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.
