Wild Knight® English Vodka - Kiwi Collins
Kiwi is a great fruit to use in cocktails for an unusual, but easily available, ingredient that always makes for an interesting and delicious drink.
Ingredients
1 Kiwi Fruit
60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Cut the kiwi in half and scoop out the fruit into a shaker.
Muddle the fruit and then add the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake with ice.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top up with soda and garnish with another slice of kiwi fruit.
