An Espresso Martini with hints of chocolate and coconut to be reminiscent of the popular chocolate bar.

Ingredients

50ml Espresso Coffee
40ml Cacao-infused White Rum
20ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
15ml Coconut Syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with coconut flakes.

Recipe Tip

The Crema (not dairy)

Using hot espresso is essential to create the crema foam on top of the Martini. Shake all the ingredients with ice very vigorously for longer than you would for other cocktails and you will be rewarded with a delightful crema.
