Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Aigua de València
This delicious sipper is a Spanish take on a mimosa, only with a higher ABV, and was inspired by the oranges found in the Valencia region.
Ingredients
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
75ml Orange Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
75ml Prosecco
Method
Stir the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a stemmed glass filled with ice.
Top up with the Prosecco and garnish with an orange slice.
