50ml Wild Knight English Vodka
15ml Lime Juice
1 teaspoon of Lemon Curd
1 teaspoon of Marmalade
Lager
Lime Wedge

Method

Add the Wild Knight® English Vodka, lime juice, lemon curd and marmalade to an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled hiball glass.
Top up with premium lager.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
